1947 AC Saloon |
This is a first production year (1947) Saloon, one of sixteen built that year, and one of only six known existing cars from that year, made by AC, the oldest existing automobile company in the United Kingdom. The AC legacy includes the famous 1962-1968 Cobra, introduced by Carroll Shelby, who combined the an eight cylinder engine with the chassis of the AC Ace.
