1968 AMC Rebel SST w/ Go Package - 34th car off of the assembly line. Body # 7, Engine # 31 and is a 343, 4 barrel carburator with a Borg Warner T10-T close-ratio 4-speed transmission. 2.87 :1 Rear axle ratio � Posi-traction differential still works. Caravel Blue with Black Convertable top. Less than 10,000 miles on rebuilt engine. My dad owned the car and had worked at American Motors back in the late 60's and was involved in the writing of the technical manual. This car is the one that was used in order to create the technical manual and determine flat rate repair charges and he was able to purchase the car from AMC when the manual was complete. So this is truly a 1 owner vehicle and title is still in my dads name. Car does need some TLC as it had been sitting for 3 years before he had passed. He also had a lot of spare parts which will be included. Only 8 such cars with this body style, trim package and transmission were made and as far as I have been able to find, this is the only one that is left. Must go soon. SOLD
