| The 103 year old widdow of a prominent area doctor has passed on leaving 2 vintage Buicks in the estate. Our family has been their personal friends for some 7 decades and we will be handling the sale. In fact our family were the Buick dealer years ago who sold them their new Buicks. There are 2 exceptionally nice/original Limiteds, loaded to the hilt-1-gold 1969 Electra 4-door hardtop and 1-maroon 1978 Electra Landau Coupe. Both were carefully maintained and then stored in their personal residence garage-last plated in 2008. Both were removed via flatbed from the residence in late August, 2011. The mechanics are in midst of being checked over by a retired, old time mechanic very familiar with vintage Buicks. This ad is only an announcement that they are going to be available in the near future. Like when adopting a pet, the family reserves the right to approve any potential buyer as the family wants the cars to go to appreciative true automotive collectors not interested in reselling the cars. For personal reasons, they would prefer selling to someone not from this immediate area. We will be handling the deal for them and the family does not want to be involved in the actual transaction.
