You must see this awsome custom Buick Skylark 455 ram air convertible. The custom paint is eye catching, pearl ivory with currant red base coat clear coat. The car was totally gone through and restored. There is to much new on this car to get it all but here goes, the build on this car was done from 1989 to 2000 and included shocks, brakes, all chrome refinished, new radiator, starter, battery, the 455 engine was rebuilt and bored 30 over by Rankin Automotive in South Bend, Elderbrock manifold and carburator were added, power steering pump, master cylinder, radiator, overflow containers, all window rubbers and seals, The interior is custom maroon leather by Perry who does many show cars in on SB, maroon loop carpet and top is done by Barry's. The 400 turbo trans was rebuilt. Midas exaust was installed. Hoosier tires with Cragar rims. The paint is Dupont base coat clear coat, pearl ivory with currant red accent, the door jams hood and trunk lid are all detailed and painted inside and underneath to add to the beauty of this car. These colors make ths car pop. it gets a lot of attention when I drive it and places first in local shows. The build was frame on except for replacing the doghouse with Gran Sport fenders, ram air hood, grill and bumper. The frame is painted and the under body is undercoated. The trunk compartment looks like the day it came off the showroom floor The sounds come from a Kenwood cd player mounted in the dash. This car is a one of a kind beauty.
There is only 3k miles on the car since restored. The custom interior is in show condition. Convertible top goes up and down with a touch of a switch. The hoosier tires with 3k miles and cragar rims really set this car off. This car is unbelievable condition from frame to body to interior. No disappointments here!
