| 1972 Chevrolet Camaro SS The Chevrolet Camaro is an automobile manufactured by General Motors under the Chevrolet brand, classified as a pony car and some versions also as a muscle car. It went on sale on September 29, 1966, for the 1967 model year and was designed as a competing model to the Ford Mustang. The car shared its platform and major components with the Pontiac Firebird, also introduced for 1967. The SS - Super Sport - Includes 200-hp Turbo-Fire 350 engine and bright accents, heavy duty engine mounts and starter, dual exhaust, LH remote control mirror, power brakes, special ornamentation and special hood insulation. The owner has completed many restorations. The motor has been rebuilt, the transmission is new and the tires and rims are brand new. It has a 400 small block recently rebuilt engine 4-bolt main, 700 Quad Carburetor, New 350 Automatic Turbo Transmission with shift kit on the floor. Cowl induction hood, new shocks and air shocks front and rear, Holley headers and flow master exhaust. All new complete suspension upgrade that consists of bushings, stabilizer bushings, rear pinion seal, torque converter seal, rear output seal, transmission pan gasket, shifter cables, and bracket on trans cooler lines, chrome valve covers, filter cover, power steering shift seal, seal kit steering gear box, front sway bar bushings and links. It has had a complete bushing kit, and a new fuel gage installed. The body is straight with redone interior and carpet. Runs great! It is a great classic car with loads of potential.
