1950 Chevy short bus. Located in Eureka Montana. This is a clean old bus, ready for a rod project or camper conversion or? Off the grid coronavirus tiny home? The bus has a nice body, runs and drives, and clear title. The body is rust free for the most part but it has a little. The rust is on the bottom of the cowl on the passenger side. This is a common bad spot for 1947-1955 gm pickups. All the patch panels are reproduced. The floorpans in the drivers area were bad. They are reproduced most likely but it is just flat metal so you could use raw sheetmetal. The rest of the floors, body, and frame have no rust. All floor supports are fine. The bus needs some flat glass replaced. Both doors operate as they should. The rear bumper was bent up but is included if you want it. The brackets are on it also. The bus has a 235 inline six cylinder. It starts up nicely and runs great. New fuel pump. Fuel tank flushed. Rebuilt starter. 4-speed manual transmission. I've driven it on my driveway enough to test all the gears. Transmission and clutch work fine. Clutch pedal is slow to come back up all the way. The linkage needs to be taken off and cleaned. I just didn't get to it. Clutch engages fine anyways and doesn't slip. Brakes work but master cylinder leaks and needs replaced. Headlights and a couple other electrical things work. This has the old wiring that should be replaced. Pretty sure the bus is 22' long but I can check that. Passenger seats were taken out. It's a blank slate.
