The first Camaros hit the road in 1967 and were produced until 2002 when the 4th generation was discontinued. In the spring of 2009 GM introduced the 5th generation as a 2010 model. It was made available as a coupe in five different trim levels. The SS with automatic transmission is powered by the 6.2 L LS3 which produces 400 hp. Other features include a fully independent four-wheel suspension system, variable-rate power steering, a StabiliTrak electronic stability/traction control system, a four-wheel disc brake system with four-piston Brembo calipers on SS models and 6 standard air bags. Other standard features on the SS models include the Competitive/Sport modes for the stability system and the optional RS appearance package includes HID head lamps with integrated halo rings, a spoiler and RS-specific tail lamps. The convertible was first made available in February of 2011. This particular example is a 3 owner car that the 3rd owner purchased in 2015 with 4,926 miles on it. In 2018 when it had 13,145 miles he took it to Nickey Performance in St Charles IL and spent over $44,000.00 to have their Stage II package installed which has boosted the HP from 400 to 630 at the crank. The engine transformation includes a full performance exhaust with electric cut outs installed after the headers which are guaranteed to make the hair on your neck stand at attention. The build is certified with a serial number, badges, decals and a certificate. In addition to a complete performance build it also has a full custom interior, upgraded brakes, 1,000 hp axles, 20” staggered racing rims with Goodyear F1 tires, a custom Nickey Stinger I hood and custom Nickey hockey stripes. Receipts for everything Nickey did are in the pix if you like details. This vehicle is in excellent condition, everything works as it should and it was serviced less than 2,000 miles ago. The closest comparable we could find was a 2010 coupe that is currently on the market for $57,500.
