| Hi, I have for sell a 1971 Chevrolet Camaro RS. This is a desirable split-bumper four speed car which is only going to continue to appreciate in value. The motor in this car is built extremely strong and I would say easily has over 500 horsepower (possibly a stroker motor). I did not build the motor, so I cannot give specifics, but the $3000 Dry sump oiling system, Brodix aluminum heads, and roller rockers indicate that no money was spared to build the engine. I have just installed a brand new clutch and the muncie four speed shifts great. If you are seriously interested in a show, cruise, and go car, come see it in person. Bring cash because once you ride in it, you will want to buy it. I would not sell it, but I need the money now and have two other restored cars which I want to keep. I am asking $15,500 which is less than what is invested in the car, so please no low ball offers. I have seen similar cars already being priced over $30K on the internet which seems to indicate that these second generation camaro musclecars are going up in value. I am located in central Illinois about 90 minutes from St. Louis.
