This is an outstanding recent body-off built 1955 Chevy Custom Cameo Fleetside pick-up truck, which only has 550 miles on it since completion. The beautiful straight rust-free California body is painted a beautiful Chrysler 300 Phantom Black Pearl, all of the stainless trim has been polished, the chrome trim has either been re-plated or replaced and all the glass has been replaced. The original rust-free frame has been stripped, painted and re-built using a Heidts IFS, power rack & pinion steering, power front disc brakes and a 9” Ford rear-end. The power comes from a freshly rebuilt 305 cubic inch Chevy V-8 which included modifying the cylinder heads, a Comp Cams Thumper cam, Weiand aluminum four barrel intake manifold, headers, HEI ignition and backed up with a 700R4 overdrive automatic transmission. The custom two tone Red and Black leather interior with restored gauges, a Sun tach, Vintage A/C, 58 Impala steering wheel, and a Retro Sound stereo with Bluetooth, five speakers and a Kenwood amplifier is just as nice as everything else about this truck. This is one of the most beautiful trucks you’ll come across, it was built to be drive and turn head with its great looks, it has just the right stance and the nostalgic look with the flawless black paint, red/black leather interior, custom oak bed and the vintage look of the American Racing Salt Flat aluminum wheels.
