Vintage 1964 SCCA Corvette Stingray Coupe Race Car

This particular Corvette campaigned in the SCCA in the mid 1960's and early 1970's and still retains its total originality with the exception of reproduction decals. This is one of the last remaining time pieces existing that truly show what racing was about during the 1960's. This particular corvette is probably the only one to have been owned and raced by a father and a son in two different decades. It has an extensive race history with many National and Regional events competed in. Tracks such as Mid-Ohio, Elkhart Lake, Michigan International Speedway and Indianapolis Raceway Park have been graced by this beautiful vintage race car. Corvettes in original condition are scarce to come by and this unrestored gem has been parked over 35 years ago and not been seen outside of its storage building for the past 20 years.
In complying with 1965 SCCA rules the following was removed from the car: Front Bumpers, Stainless Steel Motor Trim, Spare Tire Carrier. All items have been boxed up and stored for over 40 years. This Corvette has Car has never been restored!!! Original Interior ( Super Rare Silver Leather Seats with Dark Blue Dash and Console) Only one know to be built in this color Vintage SCCA Roll Bar stamped with matching log book number, Seat Belts, Race Medallions, Reproduction Decals This vintage automobile has traveled only 24,947 miles in 43 years. There is only one way to describe this car. It is a time capsule from the 1960's.

This Corvette has not been cleaned underneath or detailed in any way. It is in the exact same condition as it was when it was last raced in August of 1972. It is truly unbelievable to be in this original unrestored condition!!
