This is the classic little red Corvette and in my opinion one of the best models ever produced by General Motors Chevrolet division. The exterior color on this classic Corvette convertible is a very glossy and rich candy apple red that is complimented very nicely by the black interior and white convertible top. This was a recent restoration and the paint on is still very rich and glossy even in the door hinges and under the hood. The power plant for this classy little red 63 Corvette is the 327 CID V8 rated at 300 horsepower and is linked to a smooth shifting 4 speed manual transmission. Both were recently rebuilt along with the restoration and have less than 3,000 miles and the odometer for the car reads 62,157. This car is a numbers matching vehicle meaning that the engine, transmission and frame are all original to the car from the date it rolled off the factory floor. The 1963 Corvette's were a true work of art and the technology and innovation on the car was definitely ahead of its time for the modern era. There is a long list of new parts and work that was completed during the restoration and by the looks of this beauty you can see there was a fine attention to detail and period correct thinking on the rebuild.
