1972 El Camino/GMC Sprint
Disclaimer: This vehicle is a 1972 GMC Sprint (350V8 Automatic). It was listed as an El Camino on this site because I would lose market interest and a possible sale due to a potential buyer Not knowing they are the same vehicle (both) marketed & sold by General Motors under two different name badges. I am (also) Not a mechanic nor do I pretend to be an El Camino, nor Sprint expert.
The Sprint is sold with an understanding the sale is Final, Where Is, As Is.
The Sprint is numbers matching, but NOT stock; it has updated parts and accessories and all areas to the best of my ability will be noted which have been replaced or removed by yours truly or a previous owner. I have only owned the Sprint for 3 years, so I do not know the history of other maintenance/upkeep. The Sprint may not have the “stock” parts you may like or wish; but they can be replaced with originals. Many of the changes were to my interest.
Additionally, it is Not in perfect condition, but a lot of $$ and work has been undertaken to have it in the physical/visual condition which I hope the pictures relay to the potential buyer. The Sprint starts and is in good running condition. The paint job is a solid 7 on a scale of 10 (in my opinion). The new/replaced parts will be listed below.

*Air conditioning system was upgraded and working

*New front & rear bumpers
*Tinted windows-new
*Remote operated door entry-two controls-new
*Front/rear brakes-new
*Dashboard cap-new
*Gas sending unit (gas tank)-new
*Dual exhaust system-new
*Original AM radio remains in dashboard
*Pioneer radio AM/FM/CD installed in glove box-new
*SondPex six speaker system box behind passenger seat for new radio-new
*After market gauges=fuel, temp, volt meter, oil pressure
*Bed of Sprint covered with rubber mat/removable
This Sprint is in good running condition but it will run like Brand-new with a rebuilt engine or new crate engine; it has a lifter click and a small (drip) rear engine seal oil leak. For those having mechanical abilities this is a NO brainer. There is a small repair (3”) on top of the passenger side (which came with the Sprint)=did not readily photograph through the all black paint.
Asking price: $22,500. Will accept all forms of payment, BUT no title will be sent, nor will vehicle be picked up until the agreed payment amount has been fully processed by my financial institution.
