1948 Chevrolet Fleetmaster

I received 2 offers this week, one for 7 and 7.5 Im not try ing to GET rid of my car, Im selling it to a good home!

This car is in original condition. A lot of people ask questions like:
Is this the original paint?
No, but when I painted the car, I left the door jambs unpainted to show the only other paint on there is the original dark green top and light green bottom.

Did I do a frame off?
No this car is in original condition.

What's wrong with it?
Nothing. I drive it everyday and it gets me where I want to go.

Is it 6volt or 12 volt?
I've changed up many of the parts to 12 volt, lights etc, but I still haven't changed the charging system. I've been charging the 12volt battery every day to keep it fully charged.
Over time I will add the alternator or maybe a generator from a 55 which run 12volts.

Here's one of the cleanest 48 chevy fleetmaster I've come across.

It has many original accessories including, wraparound bumper guards all 4 of them, the pull-down trunk guard,
OG spotlight, Windshield washer unit+bottle plus this also has the original switch to push,
GM vanity mirror,the original fog lights, kickpanel tissue dispenser the hard plastic,
15inch 6 lugs(clips taken off for crossbar hubcaps)Also has the original antenna which is right next to the spotlight.Has all the hang on to your life handles in the back compartment and the hang on rope behind the front seat.

The best thing about the car is the seats which are all Original and clean with only a few small tears.
the headliner is also there and intact.

All the numbers from the motor and VIN serial numbers are a perfect match,
Recently changed title over so the title is clear

I just rebuilt all four brake cylinders and bleeded the brakes.

New carburator, water pump, coil, points and plugs, replaced gas tank from a polyethelne to an original metal.

Another great thing about this car is no metal cancer, in fact the car is good all around without any rot on floorpans or trunk area.

Even lossening up bolts here and there hasn't been a problem, a little wd40 and the bolts come right off.
