1960 Chevrolet Impala |
| 1960 Impala in really good shape. 235 straight six with second-owner modified dual exhaust. Powerglide automatic transmission. Factory air conditioning. Very clean interior and head liner. As far as I can tell, it's all original except for the carburater, the AC compressor, two seatbelts in the front, and the outside mirrors. I've got some parts in the trunk: the original air filter unit, the four original rims (with six or seven hubcaps), the side Impala logo. It does not have the cardboard trunk inserts. The only rough details with the car as far as I can tell: the window rope is rather ragged; there's a short somewhere, so I disconnect the positive side of the battery when it's parked overnight; The hood and quarter panels are just now starting to show a little rust through the original paint. I just moved into an old house and I'm up to my ears in house renovations or I wouldn't sell this car. I just don't have the money to paint it or garage it right now. People love this vehicle.
