When I built this car my goal was to build a car that would perform around town like a high performance muscel car but also have the ability to get onto the interstate and cruise long distances in comfort without the sensation that Im stuck in 3rd gear. Im proud to say Ive nailed it. Yes you can have your cake and eat it too.You dont have to sacrafice performance to be able to cruise comfortably at highway speeds.

This is a fresh frame off nut and bolt restoration finished in 2013. Ive had my fun with it Im done showing it off. Its run its course time to move on to another project.

This is NOT a documented original matching # engine and drivetrain car nor is it being priced or promoted as such. While I do appreciate an all original matching # drive train car I always find the performance disapointing.

This Nova was born a genuine 4 speed big block SS Car

Tremec T-56 Magnum 6 speed transmission. For those of you who have never had the pleasure of driving a T-56 this is a truly remarkable piece of equipment. Shifts like a precision instrument. Almost like having a vertical gate shifter 1st through 4th gear no missing gears. 1st through 4th is a close ratio 4 speed , 5th .80 and 6th.63 are overdrives. You can enjoy the outstanding performance of the close ratio 4 speed matched to a 5.13 rear axle and still get on the interstate and cruise all day long in cool comfort.

NOTE: If you are a buyer who prefers a high performance automatic transmission arrangemenrt rather than a manual transmission I will gladly exchange the manual transmission for a high performance automatic transmission set up at no additional cost..

The period correct 396 Big Block was designed for maximum performance using corner gas station pump gas. 10.25:1 compression.No need to buy expensive high octane racing fuel.

This car is very fast and is a blast to drive.Traction bars do a good job helping it stick to the pavement.

On launch squats down nicely leaves straight and hard. Very little wheel spin easy to control and pins you back into the seat. Gets your blood flowing better than 2 shots of expresso.

I can�t leave the driveway without someone wanting to stop and talk about the car.

Car is available for inspection or road test any time. Don�t eat a big lunch before the road test and bring a fresh pair of drawers.
