1962 Chrysler Newport |
I am selling off my girl, she is a white 4dr. 1962 chrysler newport.
The car is an automatic with a push button transmission and an incredible instrument cluster which exudes 1960's space-ship styling. She runs well, I just had the brakes repaired she has a new rebuilt power brake booster, and a new power steering pump. Tires will last awhile without worry.
The car is smog exempt and registered until feb 2006. The interior is plaid blue seats with black metal all 100% original so it should be redone. Car looks good for being 43 years old. This is a real head turner and I enjoyed lugging my surfboard to the beach with it. Car is solid and rust-free. I'm a student and finances force sale. I would keep her but...............
Price is firm due to recent investments to make her road-worthy but reasonable offers entertained. In the short term the car would need new tailight lenses and an antennae. I know where these are available. These are getting rare and I want it to go to a good home. (310) 666-0472
