Super stock Dodges Tribute: 1965 was the last year the MAX WEDGE Super Stock Package

ENGINE:
This MAX WEDGE package is in Super Stock trim and has a 440 bored and stoked to 512 cubic inches. Running a correct set of Carter Comp Series AFB's that were built to this engines specs on the OE style "A&A" Cross Ram. Pro-Comp cam with Mopar S/S valve train completes the valve train. An OEM electronic mechanical advance distributor was installed to complete the package.

TORQUE CONVERTOR & TRANSMISSSION:
We are running a 3500 rpm stall converter through a modified manual shifted 727 trans.

REAR END & DIFFERANTIAL:
We have a Mopar S/S adjustable pinion snubber mounter on a large housing 8 3/4 with a Detroit Locker and a set of Richmond 3:91 gears and Super S/S axles.

CHASSIS:
A correct Large Block K member was magnaluxed and then powder coated and installed along with the correct RB/B 727 Trans cross member. Mounts for the Mopar Super stock were moved in and springs were installed. Correct OE type frame rail connectors were installed. The torsion bars are correct 6 cylinder bars. These were used to allow quicker and more lift on the front end to provide better weight transfer and traction.
