1970 Fiat Siata

I am selling my 1970 Siata spring. ( Siata Springs are based on the Fiat 850 sedan )
I have owned four of these cars through the years and this is the best Siata Spring I have seen in unrestored condition.
Most of these cars rust out but this one only has two small areas of rust. The floors are perfect and everything but the windshield washers work on the car.
I cleaned and sealed the gas tank a few years ago. I have replaced the front brakes, master cylinder, three of the wheel cylinders and rebuilt the other one. I also replaced the shocks and powder coated the wire wheels. I did upgrade the engine from a 817cc to a 903cc and added the sport exhaust. I also run an electric fuel pump.
I drive this car often but not as much as I would like to. My wife's health doesn't allow us to use the car as we intended, so we need to let it go.
It does need a new top and the seats could use a re-stitching.
Siata Springs are rare and one in this condition is very hard to find. The last Siata Spring I saw sold, sold for over $12,000. I think my asking price is fair. I am open to offers or trades. I can help with transport if you�re on the east coast or it can be driven on to a trailer. You can drive it home if you choose. It runs very well, I do drive it 50 to 60 miles when I take it out and I have no hesitation to drive it farther if I had the chance
I hate to let it go but it doesn't do me any good if my wife and I cannot both enjoy it.
