The first thing you notice is how well the vivid gold paint works with the custom aspects of the truck. The chopped top, the custom grille, shaves door handles, gas cap, tailgate hardware, and its custom mirrors.
Complete frame off restoration with less than 1k miles. The truck has a new 350 CI engine with MiCD cam and a turbo 400 transmission. The 9” rear end is a 3.73 gear ratio. A Camaro sub frame and front disc brakes make in an excellent driver.
Options consist of power steering, brakes and windows, remote door openers, power antenna, electric windshield wipers and a remote start system. The body has a 4” chopped top, customized 1950 Desoto Grille, halogen headlights, louvered hood and tailgate, custom tailgate latches, tinted glass and American Hoopster wheels.
The custom interior is leather and tweed, with a tilt custom steering wheel, door panels, arm rests, headliner and firewall panels to give it a luxurious look.
