1961 ½ FORD FALCON 2-door Sport Futura. RARE first year edition - only 44,470 made. NOT fully restored, but important improvements include body work done correctly after complete media blasting, original color Corinthian White paint and re-chromed bumpers, letters and Futura teardrop emblems. New items include: front bucket seat and rear bench seat covers and newly covered padded dash with original vinyl fabric used for seat and dash covers, reproduction carpeting, and seals on doors, trunk, and front and back windows. Has an original set plus spare of 1961-only Futura hub caps (not shown). 96,000 original miles. John Gunnel’s “Standard Catalogue of American Cars 1946-1975” (2002) cites the value at $9,100 in 80% condition. PRICE REDUCED...asking $4,500.00.
