The Mustang that made its debut in 1964 is one of Ford’s most iconic cars of all time and this 1965 Mustang is a perfect example of why the model has had so many years of success. This Mustang is the very desirable fastback model in a perfect color combination with jet black exterior with an incredible shine combined with the deep red vinyl interior that contrast each other perfectly. In the early 2000’s this car went through a complete restoration which included new metal and paint, new interior, a rebuild of the original numbers matching 289 cubic inch V8 adding larger heads and a new Holley 850 4 barrel carburetor, and included is a book full of receipts that document the work that was done. Incredibly only 797 miles have been driven in this beauty since the rebuild was complete leaving it practically like it’s a brand new car. This Mustang sounds as good as it looks as well with a rumble at just the right volume with a deep tone, but not so loud that you can’t enjoy the ride.
