1938  Ford  Pickup  1/2 Ton
1938 Ford 1/2 ton Pickup streetrod. Has been totally restored. The truck was painted in 1996 and the interior was done in 1997. The top was chopped 3 inches also. It has a mustang II front suspension with disc brakes.The rearend is a Ford 9 inch with 3.55 gears. The body is in excellent condition. The rear fenders are fiberglass. The motor is a built Buick 350 with about 25,000 miles on it. It has a hi rise intake,w/ a Holley 650 carb and HEI ignition. The crane cam has .430 intake lift and .456 exhaust lift. Yes it sounds real awesome at a idle. The truck has a 2400 rpm stall conv. and a shift kit in the 350 turbo tranny. The original radiator and a electric fan handles the cooling.
