1959 Ford Ranchero with 55,100 miles. Older paint but has held up nicely,due to being stored in a dry indoor location. Paint finish is great,with minimal defects. Very Straight body.
Car was equipped with a small V-8,manual trans.Recently converted to larger 1959 5.9 rebuilt engine with 4 barrel carburetor. New fuel pump,belts,battery,motor mounts,rebuilt carburetor. Rebuilt 1959 Cruiseomtic Transmission installed. Also replaced the Rear Differential with a 1959 2.91:1 that has been resealed. Car has has been upgraded with 1959 power steering system that was also rebuilt with resealed ram cylinder and new hoses. Car was equipped with after market A/C which has been serviced and does work well. Has new michelin radial tires.
Manual Brake system has new master cylinder and rebuilt wheel cylinders.
Car is equipped with factory electric wipers,day/nite mirror,working factory AM Radio,newer shaded windshield,and wiper washer system.
Interior is very nice,with good original carpet. Seat has been recovered,non original material,but looks great. Have original jack and spare. Nice uncut dash,all guages work,clock does not work.
Both bumpers have been rechromed and looks nice. Pot metal is nice original condition, front fender extensions are showing some fading,but still shine nicely.
The interior of bed has had a rubberized coating applied and painted over body color.
Single exhaust system,factory original muffler with new tailpipe.
