1973 GMC 1/2 ton 4x4 shortbox |
GMC Shortbox 1/2-Ton 4X4. 2001 restoration. 350 4bbl carb 4spd manual. Truck is solid, runs well, engine does burn oil. It was my intention to pull engine and replace with GM Crate engine rather than do a rebuild, but used motor on different project. Truck was a year round driver, has been parked last two winters. Aluminum box rails, endgate protector. Wood box liner. good glass. Sliding rear window. Hastings tach, temp, oil, temp guages. Factory tach (nonworking). Tilt. Electric brake and Reese hitch. 10 bolt front, 12 bolt rear diffs. Manual lock hubs. New dual exhaust. New tires. GM rally wheels. Power steering. Power brakes. Covercraft carcover. Rides nice and fun to drive, very nice truck with even greater potential.
