1930 Hupmobile Sedan

This is a 1930 Hupmobile Rat Rod project forsale. This car use to be a 4 door but was modified into a 2 door with suicide doors. The body has been chopped 6 inches and channeled 3 inches. All steel floor and steel roof. The floor and the roof are 18 gauge metal. The frame is 2x3 11 gauge square tubing. The rear frame rails have approx. a 19 inch kickup. Rearend is a 1980's metric GM with a brand new 4 link suspension, panhard bar, and chrome coilovers. Has a new 20 gal aluminum RCI fuel cell installed with gas fill on roof. The frontend suspension is all new with a 4 inch drop axle and front disk brakes. It is a chevy suspension with chevy bolt pattern. The steering box is used and is a vega manual steering box and is all hooked up. Rims and tires are used but in excellent condition. Rears are 15x10. The fronts are 15x4. Tires do not have many miles on them. The car has been fitted for a SBC engine and transmission ready to bolt up to frame. I have a 350 chevy engine in the car on one of the pictures with a tunnel ram that look nice with the car that can also be purchased. The engine has aprox. 80,000 miles on it so it maybe would not hurt to go threw it. The radiator is used and is a 2 row. This was completed as a project but if needed I can add items on the car if needed or take it the way it is. This will be a very unique car when done! Not many hupmobiles like this around or at all!
