1957 Jaguar XK140 DHC

A modified 1957 XK 140 convertible Jaguar, with a Ford 302 V8 engine, a C4 automatic transmission and a Dana 44 rear end. The car has an electric fuel pump, the drum brakes are power boosted, and the radiator has an electric auxillary cooling fan. Paint is original, a patinaed and weathered look. Interior upholstery is in good shape. Wood dash and steering wheel are nicely restored and all instruments are in working order. A premium sound system with JVC radio, including Mp3 and Boston speakers. Pirelli P4 P215/70 R15 98T radial tires on chrome spoke wheels have minor wear. Chrome is in good shape. This California car has no visible rust, is a very reliable driver and qualifies for 'Modified Collector' licence plates. In 1957 a Jaguar XK 140 won at Le Mans. SOLD
