| 1976 Jeep CJ-7 – has been correctly stored inside for 10 years. All original body steel. No plastic replacement panels. 304 V8 automatic transmission, 4 x 4 quadra trac., 97K miles, Has recently been started but needs work to be road ready. New fluids, new Holley Carburator, new distributor, plugs, plug wires, coil, cap and rotor, and battery. Tires are ok. Brake system needs work from sitting. Engine needs fine tuned. Engine will idle and accelerate fine but breaks down under heavy acceleration. Ignition switch needs to be wired to start with a key. Very minor rust spots -nothing major; this jeep can be worth 10k with a couple bucks spend on it . Comes with bikini top, full soft top and doors. Sold as in, pick up only. 1976 was the first year of the cj-7 and first year the automatic was offered with the V8 engine. Low production numbers will make this vehicle more desirable to the jeep enthusiast. |
