1941 Lincoln Continental |
Stk. 1203 1941 Lincoln Continental.
The 1941 Lincoln Continental is one of a very few cars that has been assigned the designation of "classic" by the Classic Car Club of America that was not produced in the 1920's and 1930's. Designed for Edsel Ford, who wintered in Palm Beach, FL, the convertible was immediately admired and everyone who saw it deemed it sensational. Designed to be "thoroughly continental", it was trend-setting and is still timeless today. It's externally mounted spare tire became a popular add-on for later model cars and was justly called the Continental kit. Of 1,250 Continentals produced in 1941, only 400 were Cabriolets making this an extremely rare vehicle. Some standard features on the car are 120 bhp; 292 ci flathead V12 engine; 3-Spd. manual transmission; solid axle front and rear suspension with transverse leaf spring; and four-wheel hydraulically actuated drum brakes. Lincoln Continental's since their inception were said to have "star" status and here is your chance to own one now. Call 800-650-1055 or visit www.autobarnclassiccars.com for more information. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS". |
