1969  MG  MGC GT  
This is the rare six cyclinder version of the MGB, of which very few were made (less than 10,000 - fewer than 5,000 were GTs, fewer than 2,000 came to U.S.) I've had the car for 13 years. 96,000 original miles. 45,000 miles on new engine. 6,000 miles on new head (with hardened valve seats so it can run on unleaded gas). Electronic ignition added. New leather seats. Lots, lots more. Very smooth and powerful little car. The big inline six and bigger stronger trans makes it a lot faster and more reliable than the MGB. They also came with an adjustable torsion bar suspension with piston shocks (MGB has old school lever shocks). We converted the rear lever shocks to adjustable piston shocks, poly bushings up front, new brake booster, new radiator. From the rockers and floorboards to the rear of the car all the metal is either new or repaired and rust free. There's a little blistering up front around the headlights (switched to halogen) and on the very front of the hood. Rear hatch is new. Windshield is new. Car has a roll bar very nicely welded in. Fiberglass Sebring style valence on rear is screwed in and underlying body is all new too so you can unscrew it and put bumpers back on if you prefer them.
