This car is a California car that was restored from 2011-2014. The restoration was done by John Branco of Branco�s Hotrods & Restoration of Vaccaville Ca. Everything was gone through and either repaired or restored with grade A used, reproduction or NOS parts where available.
Features:
A full Marti Report with statistics.
390 4V engine was completely rebuilt and runs strong.
C6 transmission was rebuilt.
An all aluminum radiator was installed to increase cooling.
It has working cruise control that is great for long trips on the highway.
Vintage Air heat and AC was installed which includes the compressor, hoses, heat & AC plenum, vents and the interior controls.
Seats and headliner were recovered in real leather.
New carpet was installed.
New XR 7 floormats.
Hidden stereo by Custom Auto Sound was installed with an RF remote that can control the CD player(in the trunk), mp3�s and or an Ipod.
A hidden antenna was installed and the original antenna hole was filled in to give the fender a cleaner look.
I installed new rear speakers and a subwoofer driven by an ADS PQ20 amp. It�s loud.
Trunk was customized with XR 7 logo, spot lights and a locking
compartment.
A new vinyl roof was put on along with all new emblems and
re-chromed bumpers.
The sunroof was fixed and I have a repair manual for it. The appraiser opened it for inspection, but I have not opened it since I bought it.
Wheels are new 15X7 styled steel wheels with new redline tires.
Paint is the original Augusta Green for Cougars in 68.
As you can see by looking at the car it has been completely restored from head to toe. It has had less than 1K miles put on it since it was restored. It was owned and restored by an Ex Navy/ Airline pilot in Vaccaville CA. He sold it to me in April , 2015. I have a complete pre-purchase inspection report and appraisal. I also
have a couple hundred pictures provided by the appraiser. It was
