1954 MERCURY CUSTOM 4 dr. sedan. 20,400 miles.

This car looks and drives like new. First year of OHV engine, 256 cu. in. This car was in dry storage for many years. No rust ever. Undercoated when new.

Seats were covered with plastic when new. Original covers are still on.

The engines of these cars were fitted with front and rear seals made of rope. These seals dried out and leaked oil. The engine has been removed, new modern seals were installed. When engine was removed, the following was rebuilt: carb., fuel pump, water pump, heater motor.

Engine and valve covers repainted with high temperature paint.

All hoses and clamps replaced. All wiring harnesses in engine bay and under dash replaced.

All hoses on brake system have been replaced and master cylinder rebuilt.

Original type (5' long) muffler replaced. All shocks replaced.

New Continental kit installed (copy of original).

Factory color is Lakeland Blue (baby blue).

Car is ready to go!!!! Needs Nothing!!!!
