2005 Mercury Mountaineer

Mercury produced the Mountaineer from 1997 to 2010 which was an upscale version of the Ford Explorer and classified as a luxury sport utility vehicle. It has been praised for its excellent handling and stability. The first generation Mercury Mountaineer was introduced in a single trim level, offering many optional features of the Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer and Limited as standard. For 2002 it was redesigned from the ground up offering even more luxury features such as the faux brushed metal trim and a rear radio deck. This particular example is a premier package so it also has rear ceiling air vents, a rear-seat TV/DVD player, a roof rack and painted bumpers. It was completely tuned up a year ago at which time it also received a new battery, a new alternator all new fluids and all new filters as well as some other repairs. It is loaded with every option available except for a moon roof and everything is working properly except the rear wiper motor and one of the TPMS sensors needs replaced.
