Rare 1961 Pontiac Bonneville 2 dr hardtop "Bubbletop". Chevrolet produced low runs of bubbletops for 4 years. 1959 - 1962. Pontiac did it FOR ONLY ONE YEAR. 1961. Super rare to find one of these classics for sale. Seldom see such an example at the large car events, and even when you do, they are for show not offered for sale. Elderly owned. Same old gentleman has owned it for past 40 yrs. He had it repainted one time in the early 90's & its been garaged ever since. He simply got too old to safely operate the car. For last couple years of him driving it, he had installed a backup camera to assist him in backing the car up safely. (still installed). 389 4 barrel. Power steering & power brakes. Classic under dash Vintage Air. I purchased it just a few days ago & drove it the 500 mile trip home, back to Raleigh. Folks shooting picture & videos out their car windows all the way home. Everytime I stopped for gas or food, it drew a crowd. On the way back, sometimes reaching speeds over 100 mph (and plenty of pedal left!)

s generally going to be in the $40,000 - $60,000 range.
