My true pride and joy! The day I went to see this car to consider buying it 3 years ago I had no idea the condition it was in. It was a Sunday. Needless to say I gave the buyer a Check to hold it for me until the next day and we both went to my Chase Branch to pay for it. I am selling her only because I am over 60 years old and want to pay off my home.
Please read the description in detail.
Thank you!

Pontiac 400 block fitted with 4.25” forged stroker crank, rods and pistons. Studded main bearing caps installed and fully balanced/blueprinted. Forged pistons are twin eyebrow with 5cc valve reliefs set .005” in the hole. Edelbrock round port aluminum heads prepared by Butler Performance with mild port work, enlarged to 1.77” exhaust valves and 1.65 scorpion rockers. Cam is a comp hydraulic roller set at 106 degrees. Cam has 281/287 split duration with lift of .549/.560 lift with the 1.65 rockers. Intake ported and polished by SD Performance to flow over 600 hp. Quadrajet has been modified to Cliff Ruggles recipe 3 and includes electric choke. Exhaust flows through a set of Doug’s ceramic coated headers into a 2.5” custom exhaust out the back. Mufflers are Magnaflow 14” XL polished stainless. Engine was built by Ken Keefer of Ken’s Speed and Machine in Brooksville, FL.
Drive train
Transmission is a TKO 600 prepared by ProMotion Powertrain in Fort Lauderdale. Clutch is a ceramic dual friction design using a Hydraulic actuated clutch release. Shifter is by McCloud and is a short shift with positive stops. Final overdrive is .64. Rear end is a custom built 12 bolt by Moser Engineering. Rear end features big outer bearings with bolt in 33 spline axles. Posi is a Detroit True Track with .390 rear gears.
Suspension and Brakes
Power brakes are fed by a Hydratech hydroboost power brake system utilizing 4 wheel disc brakes. Front discs are OEM design and the rears are from Stainless Steel Brake Corp. (SSBC) Rear suspension includes 2” lowering springs with Edelbrock boxed trailing arms and adjustable upper control arms. AADCO rear sway bar keeps the car straight and tight. Front suspension has been lowered by approx. 1” by removing ˝ coil on the front springs. Wheels are 17” reproduction rally wheels with Nitto 555 tires all around.
Interior is by Legendary and installed by Phil’s custom interior in Fort Pierce, Florida. The passenger compartment has been insulated with Second Skin butyl rubber. Roof has been insulated with thermal insulation to reduce heat transfer to the passenger compartment. Vintage AC has been custom installed utilizing an OEM air dash from a donor GTO. The dash was sent to Just Dashes for a professional recover prior to installation. Stereo is a 4 channel featuring (2) 6x9) rear speakers and (2) 6.5” round front speakers mounted in the kick panels. Steering wheel is a Grant wood wheel.
This GTO started it’s life as a low option starlight black, 350hp 400 with 4 speed and a 10 bolt .390 rear. We modified the rust free body with a functional Ram Air hood and RA hood pan and air cleaner. Front end was fully removed to allow the firewall to be smoothed prior to repaint. Paint is a Base/clear coat PPG with a paint scheme to mimic the 1969 Royal Pontiac Racing GTO. The original Royal Bobcat was painted in a Regal Turquoise blue where this car is black. A red pinstripe was added between the black and white prior to clear coat for an extra pop in the paint. Paint work was completed by Dale Warrington of Dales Hot Rods in Fort Pierce.
I have a three inch folder with every receipt from the restoration. Both parts and labor. For those of you who know, the above specifications describe the dollars that went into my car. It was not built by me. I purchased it from a gentleman who spent major time and dollars to create this beauty. The car was restored 6 years ago and has been covered and garaged since. I also have the factory build sheet.

Everything works on the car including Cruise Control and Tilt Wheel. All gauges, lights, dash lights, Hideaway's etc.
If you would like to speak with me on the phone you can text or call 954 775 7530. Please do not contact me unless you are serious about the car. I will be happy to answer any and all questions. If I cannot answer, please leave me a message and I will call you back asap.

Method of payment is bank wire transfer, cash at my bank, or a cleared by my bank (Chase) Cashiers Check. The car will not leave my garage until funds are cleared. Title is in my name and clear.

There is no warranty expressed or implied. Inspections are welcome
