Built in Summer Yellow with cork interior, tinted glass, electric rear mirrors, heated rear mirrors, Blaupunkt radio, power windows, Spoilers front and rear, and 16" Fuchs light alloy wheels. These SC cars were very light and nimble feeling compared to the later Carrera, due to the quick revving 3.0 liter engine, light weight 915 transmission, and the smaller sway bars, they were just more "tosable" and fun on the back roads.
This particular survivor, has been well serviced, receiving a complete top end rebuild with turbo tensioner, and a pop-off valve just a few years ago. Since the air conditioning systems in these early cars were inefficient at best, it's compressor has been removed and put in a box to save weight.Freshly serviced up for your enjoyment!
