This spectacular 930 was ordered in Silver metallic with complementary silk grey leather with black seat piping, deviated silver knit grey carpets, black dash and trim. Of course, they also specified option M-220, 40% locking differential, M-533 factory alarm,M-650,electric sliding sunroof,and M-158, the Blaupunkt Reno cassette radio, has been upgraded to an Alpine CD, a high end amplifier, with discretely chosen speakers to match.
Further upgrades have been carefully chosen to enhance performance without impeding the engines reliability. A larger K-27 turbo, matched with SC cams, a larger Garettson intercooler, and Borla muffler provide additional power at lower RPM's, that continue throughout the mid-high range, without increasing boost pressure.
This has proven a consistently reliable way to improve drivability, while maintaining reliability.
It's also benefited from the German made Borbet Cup I wheels, which give it a lower profile,and much wider stance than stock.
Complete with a Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche, and every book, service record, spare tire, jack, tool kit, air compressor, extra belts, fuses, touch up paint, plastic gloves, drop cloth and spare tire bag from new. All in all, it's a great example of the most iconic Porsche ever built!
