Rolls Royce Silver Wraith 1957 with Freestone & Webb Touring Limousine Body. Chassis Number FLW94, Design Number 3171/A, Body Number 1824. This car was on the Earls Court Stand in 1957, and is featured on the front page of Grahanm Robson's Collector's Guide (The Rolls-Royce and Bentley Volume 2: Coachbuilt models 1945-1985 Book) and was at that time in Frank Dale and Stepsons stock around 1983. It was ordered new by Sheikh Ghanim Al Thni, Trucial Commodities Corp; and was for use in the Persian Gulf with the following special features; Oil bath air cleaner, electric division, speedometer in klm, perspex panel to roof, electric revolving cocktail cabinet, interior clock, power aerial, power operated rear door windows, recesses to front doors containing picnic set for four, mirror, cigar an cigarette box in the centre armrest, one occasional seat, mohair rug, safety straps to all seats and power steering. Recently painted in Mason's black and mechanically perfect, chrome bumpers are in excellent condition. CAR LOCATED IN SPAIN (Madrid) - OTHER CARS AS PAYMENT OR CHANGES ARE ACCEPTED |
