Very cool 1959 VW bug converted into a SO CAL style Volksrod, built from a straight rust free southern car. Body and floor pans are in excellent condition.
This V-DUB has a 1932 Ford style hotrod dropped front axle with hairpin rods, buggy spring, and torsion suspension. King bee style headlights, and tail lights from a 1930 Model A.
36 HP engine and trans. are rebuilt original and runs and drives great!
Wheels are American Racing 20’s in the rear and 15’s in the front with new radials. would totally change the look with some painted 1932 wires or solid steelies with wide whites for a real hotrod look if you wanted.
Interior and carpet are new and fresh and still has a factory paint on the dash with some old school pin-striping.
A blast to drive, it turns heads and draws a crowd wherever it goes. you can’t go wrong driving to your local cruise nights and shows with this super cool Volksrod.
