KARMANN GHIA, European model 1967 fully restored in Brussels, Belgium. Forms part of the first lot of VWs very successful 1500cc engine. This beautiful Stratos Blau exterior and black interior model, also originates from the group of VWs last year of the 6-Volt battery edition(in Europe). All parts are factory original, and have been carefully assembled by its only second owner to date. This car was considered a member of the elite convertible sports cars of its era. The European editions show slight differences against its American counterparts. Most notably, its signal lights and use of kilometers are its important details. This original piece has 89,354 kilometers. This car has been carefully stored for more than 32 years.It only gets driven out for shows yearly, its current owner makes sure to inspect every inch of its body and engine, providing utmost care for the vehicle.
