1992 Volvo 240 4-Door sedan (Not a wagon - can't seem to edit the ad).
Non-turbo, auto trans (AT), 192K miles, increasing as we drive. ABS brakes, driver's air bag; power windows, power door locks, intermittent wipers. Charcoal cloth interior. Really nice car with some uncommon factory options: Scorpius alloy wheels, folding front center armrest, gauge package with volt-meter and tachometer. Factory rug mats; driver's side snow mat; front door map pockets are intact.
Great heat - heater fan motor is quiet; don't know if the AC works. Has original tool kit, jack, spare. Volvo radio works marginally but an uninstalled Alpine CD player with in-trunk speakers comes with the car.
This is a clean and comely 240 in excellent condition. But it's not new and has some cosmetic wear & tear: some small scratches and chips in paint; a couple of loose trim pieces; a rock chip in the windshield, scratches on passenger door & rear quarter from a grocery shopping cart - gas flap is dented. This isn't too noticeable, and many of the scratches might be buffed out with a wheel. No rust underneath or in rockers.
It was parked while an estate was being settled and has had a recent service: new tires, front brake pads, front suspension bushings, intake-manifold gasket; carrier and wheel bearing grease. Fan, timing belts, crank-position sensor replaced at ~170K miles a few years ago. Shocks, front and rear coil springs were replaced last year. It should have a front-end alignment now.
It's pretty, and reliable. It starts easily, drives well. Please email for additional pictures - email is the easiest way to reach us.
