1979 Honda CB750K

The Honda CB750 is an air-cooled, transverse, inline four-cylinder engine motorcycle made by Honda from 19692003 and again in 2007. Though other manufacturers had marketed the transverse, inline four-cylinder engine configuration and the layout had been used in racing engines prior to World War II, Honda popularized the configuration with the CB750 and the layout subsequently became the dominant sport bike engine layout. The CB750 is included in the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Classic Bikes, was named in the Discovery Channel's Greatest Motorbikes Ever and was the first motorcycle ever to be called a superbike. This particular example is a 2 owner bike that the 2nd owner purchased in 1982. It was ridden during the 80s and 90s but it pretty much has sat for the last 20 years. Since acquiring it we completely serviced it and rebuilt the carbs so it runs great. We also installed new tires, new brakes, a new seat cover, new grips and a new battery. Everything is working as it should. The only thing she is need of is a new home. If you a considering making her yours it would be a good idea to call right away as this one is sure to sell quickly at the price we are asking!
